What are the size and types?
Our doors are open to all licensed professionals that practice in the beauty and wellness world. Some of our professionals offer services such as manicurists, hair stylist, lash techs, brow specialists, permanent make-up professionals, estheticians, holistic health, lymphatic drainages,, just to name a few.
What types of professionals rent at Suite House?
Our doors are open to the public Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm. However, all of our tenants have access to work in their Suite House 24/7.
What are the hours for Suite House?
Depending on the service you perform, we can absolutely provide some furniture to get you started!
Does Suite House provide any furniture for the professional?
No, the furnishings provided to get you started are already included in your rent.
Do you charge for the furnishings you provide?
Yes. All of our suites come furnished with a built in sink with storage. Depending on the type of suite, there is even more additional built in cabinets. A huge plus is all suites come with 2 water connections!
Does the suite come with any built in furnitures and water?
We offer 6 & 12 month contracts.
What contract terms do you offer?
-Yes and the amount varies by suite type.
Do you charge any deposit?
No, we charge for the suites weekly, automatically debited.
Do I pay per month?
Yes. You must have a professional license as well as liability insurance for your business.
Do I need any types of licenses to rent a studio at Suite House?
You can, however there are wall paint palette guidelines that we want our tenants to follow to maintain a harmonic aesthetic throughout Suite House.
Can I decorate my suite however I want?
Once you select the perfect suite for you, we will send you our application. Once we have received that along with your deposit, the suite is yours! Remember, your suite is not guaranteed until we have received the application, licenses and deposit.
How do I reserve a suite?
Yes, we can recommend an insurance company that works with us!
I don’t have liability insurance, can you recommend a company?
Yes! We can recommend our social media managers.
