To join SUITE HOUSE & CO you must comply with the following regulations:

 

LEASING 

  • You may schedule a call or a in-person tour with one of our leasing agents to get to know Suite House and select your suite.

  • Define which of the 2 leasing options suits your business best (6 or 12 months).

  • Your suite rental charges will be automatically debited on a weekly bases as per your defined lease.

 

LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Maintain up-to-date licenses and certifications for yourself and your staff, ensuring that you're authorized to provide the services offered.

  • Display all necessary licenses and certifications prominently within the suite.

  • Obtain liability insurance to protect your business from potential claims and liabilities.

 

DISPLAY AND DECOR

  • You may decorate the salon suite in a tasteful and professional manner, reflecting your brand's identity.

  • You may paint your suite with a pre approved color palette, or present one to management for approval.

  • All window decals must be pre-approved by management.

  • Avoid clutter that could hinder movement or create a disorganized appearance.

SANITATION AND HIGIENE

  • Follow strict guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing all tools, equipment, and surfaces between clients to prevent the spread of infections.

  • Dispose of single-use items and materials properly after each use.

  • Keep the salon suite clean and well-maintained at all times.

 

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times when interacting with clients and colleagues.

  • Follow ethical guidelines for client confidentiality and privacy.

 

NOISE CONTROL

  • Keep noise levels within acceptable limits to avoid disturbing other salon suite occupants or neighboring businesses.

  • Make sure to keep voice and music at an acceptable volume. If working with door open, any music should be off.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Keep personal belongings organized and out of sight to maintain a professional appearance within the suite.

  • Tenant is responsible for all personal belongings and equipment of their suite.
